We want you to love your DISSH pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your return items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
